This Pit Bull was filmed during a behavioural evaluation. The dog's tail is down and wagging and he is licking his flews. As soon as he sees the blanket he grabs it, pulling hard and shaking it. This dog exhibits similar behaviour in winter when warm blankets are placed in his kennel.
