This Rottweiler, a victim of abuse and neglect, was
seized by authorities and placed in a shelter. Here he
grabs a metal bowl and holds it in his mouth, then walks
around his kennel run and jumps against the fence ,
holding the bowl.

This male Great Dane grabs and then
plays with a plastic bowl. He jumps, bows in
front of a group of unfamiliar people and then toward
me, chews on the bowl, sniffs it and then abandons it on
the ground. He then moves closer to the group of people
and stares directly into the man's eyes.
