Crowding
The dog nears the recipient of the behaviour, moving to within touching distance and sometimes touching the other dog with part of his body. If the recipient moves away, he will stare at the dog and continue to follow it, to the point that the dog who is being followed is displaced and sometimes literally escorted along. This behaviour may be followed by a chest press.

In this interaction between two females, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier exhibits position T2 towards the Australian Shepherd cross. When the Shepherd cross tries to advance, and displays chin over her head, the Staffordshire reacts with a hug and a jaw punch. Upon the approach of the male smooth-coated Border Collie (who is part of the same family group) the Staffordshire displays anus-genital olfactory exploration. The Australian Shepherd cross moves into T2 position with respect to the male; the Staffordshire displays standing tall and interposes herself between the other two dogs; the Staffordshire orients toward the head of the Australian cross, who reacts with a bite-threatening display. The Staffordshire responds with an agonistic pucker and T2 position, displaying the tip of her tongue and licking her nose, then staring at the Australian cross and displacing her, then crowding her for several meters.
