Head press
The dog rests its head on the neck or the back of his opponent, briefly applying pressure, and the dog against which the head press was directed lies down; if a voluntary down is not exhibited, it may be followed by pressing down or knocking down.

In this interaction between two females, an adult and a puppy, the black German Shepherd has knocked down the running Malinois puppy, who is now sitting near the gate; the German Shepherd approaches and displays a head press. After sniffing the puppy, the Shepherd again displays a head press, then stops in a lateral stance. The puppy exhibits active submission, then scratches herself. The adult female approaches, towering over the puppy, who lies down. The adult presses the puppy down with her muzzle, sniffs her, and then leaves the interaction.
