Stopping: frontal stance

The dog interrupts the movement of another dog, passing it and then stopping in a frontal stance.

When the female moves away, the male makes as if to attack, leaping forward with legs wide open. The bitch re-orients in a frontal stance, stopping the male. The male swerves aside, and stops in a lateral stance with a shoulder display. The female leaves the interaction and seeks refuge under a table and the male sniffs the ground.
